He has published or contributed on 63 papers, articles, chapters, and abstracts. He has delivered over 428 special speeches at various academic and research institutions in the United States and abroad, as well as at national and international meetings. Course Director at Drexel University and professor in the Master of Laboratory Animal Science (MLAS) program where he teaches the course on Architecture, Engineering and Planning for Laboratory Animal Facilities. He served on the planning and construction committee for XenoSTART, San Antonio, Texas and the Universidad Católica del Maule, Chile. Member of ILAM and AALAS. International advisor in the design, construction and administration of animal research facilities and programs

Scott brings to A&C AND ASOCCIATES over 28 years of experience in laboratory planning and design to some of the most complex science and technology related projects in the industry. He is a recognized expert in animal holding and biocontainment facilities, with extensive, proven experience in developing content for grants, and other preplanning, conceptual design, documentation. The extensive portfolio of projects he has completed across the country and overseas underscore his depth of knowledge and experience in helping to create a wide range of science related research projects throughout the world.
